Yes – freeze-dried fruits are a healthy and natural alternative to conventional snacks. The fruits are quickly and gently frozen right after harvest and then carefully freeze-dried. Through this process, most of the valuable vitamins, minerals, and secondary plant compounds are preserved – significantly more than in conventionally dried fruit.

We source our fruits exclusively from certified producers within the EU. However, depending on the season and harvest time, it may happen that some fruits come from countries outside the EU, such as Egypt or Morocco, and are imported into the EU for further processing. This way, we always ensure the best quality and freshness – no matter where the fruits come from.

It’s best to store our products in a dark, cool place with as little humidity as possible. Our packaging is airtight so that freshness is preserved for as long as possible.
After opening, you should ideally consume the fruits or fruit powder within 1–2 months. Each time you open the package, moisture can enter, which may cause the fruits to become soft or the powder to clump. Therefore, it’s important to always close the package carefully and tightly – that way, your snacks will stay crispy and fresh!
The best-before date of our products is usually between 3 and 12 months after receipt. Unopened, freeze-dried fruits and fruit powders can often last even longer.

However, production as a whole is technically complex and still requires relatively high energy input, especially for quick freezing and vacuum drying.
