Yes – freeze-dried fruit is a healthy and natural alternative to conventional snacks. The fruit is quickly and gently deep-frozen immediately after harvesting and then gently freeze-dried. This process preserves the majority of the valuable vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals – significantly more than in conventionally dried fruit.
Our freeze-dried products are made from 100% fruit – completely free of additives, preservatives, or added sugar. They are unsulphured, oil-free, and all-natural. This makes them ideal for a conscious diet – as a complement to fresh fruit when you're short on time, as a vegan snack on the go, or as a healthy alternative to sweets that is especially popular with children.
Another advantage: Freeze-drying makes the fruit not only particularly aromatic and crispy, but also richer in micronutrients than conventionally dried fruit. It's important to know, however, that the natural fruit sugar content is also concentrated due to the water removal. Fruit powders are incredibly versatile – for example, you can use them in bowls or shakes for your vegan or gluten-free breakfast. Depending on the season and harvest time, however, some fruit may come from countries outside the EU, such as Egypt or Morocco, and be imported into the EU for processing. This ensures that we always guarantee the best quality and freshness – regardless of the fruit's origin.

For best results, store our products in a dark, cool place with the lowest possible humidity. Our packaging is airtight to ensure long-lasting freshness.
Once opened, you should ideally consume the fruit or fruit powder within 1–2 months. Every time you open the packaging, moisture enters the container, which can quickly cause the fruit to soften or the powder to clump. It's therefore important to always seal the packaging carefully and tightly – this way your snacks will stay crisp and fresh!
The best-before date of our products is generally between 3 and 12 months after receipt. Unopened freeze-dried fruits and fruit powders usually have a significantly longer shelf life.
However, it's important that the packaging is always properly sealed to preserve freshness and crispness. This way you can enjoy your delicious snacks for a long time!
Freeze-dried fruits are a sustainable choice for several reasons: Firstly, the gentle processing method requires very little energy for drying at high temperatures, as the water is evaporated through freezing and vacuum drying – a comparatively energy-efficient process. However, the overall production process is technically complex and currently still requires a relatively high energy input, especially for rapid freezing and vacuum drying.
Nevertheless, freeze-drying greatly extends the shelf life of the fruit, which means less food has to be thrown away – an important contribution to resource conservation.
