Countries We Deliver To:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the following EU member states:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

  • Up to a order value of €48.99: flat shipping fee €4.95 (DHL)

  • From €49.00: free shipping

Deliveries to Austria:

  • Up to a order value of €88.99: shipping €8.95 (DHL)

  • From €89.00: free shipping

Deliveries to other EU countries & Switzerland:

  • Up to a order value of €98.99: shipping €13.95 (DHL)

  • From €99.00: free shipping

Note: During an active shipping promotion, the promotional shipping terms apply and take precedence over the standard shipping costs listed above.

Delivery Times

  • Germany: 2–3 business days

  • International: 3–5 business days

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer. For prepayment, the delivery period begins upon receipt of payment.

Notes:

  • No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

  • High order volumes may cause delivery delays.

  • For items with different delivery times, delivery is made in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
