🔄 What happens if I make a complaint?

• You will receive a refund for the product price , usually using the same payment method.
• The refund will be made within a few working days once your request has been reviewed.
• Shipping costs are excluded.

📬 Do I have to return anything?

Not in most cases.

However, we reserve the right to request a return for certain products or higher value items. Your previous order history may also play a role.

Requirement:

• The packaging may be opened, but should still be at least half full .
• Products that are almost completely used up are excluded from the guarantee .
