This blue berry cake is a real eye-catcher and impresses with its natural color, fruity taste, and high-quality ingredients. 👩🍳 Preparation
1. Prepare the base
Finely grind the cookies and mix with melted coconut oil and salt. Press the mixture into a springform pan lined with baking paper and refrigerate.

2. Mix the blue cream
Stir cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth.

Stir in the wild blueberry powder until an evenly intense blue color forms.

3. Gel & fold in the cream
Prepare gelatin (or agar-agar) according to the package instructions.
