100g dates
50g almonds
50g cashew nuts
PREPARATION
1. Grind the almonds and cashews into flour in a food processor or blender and place in a bowl.
2. Process the dates with 10g of raspberry powder in a food processor or blender to form a date-raspberry paste.
3. Mix the ground nuts and the date-raspberry paste well.
4. As a serving size, take one heaped spoonful per energy ball and form the dough into balls between your palms. Then roll the balls in the remaining raspberry powder.
