Ingredients

60g cocoa butter
80g cocoa mass
Optional: 1 tsp nut butter (e.g. almond butter or peanut butter)
preparation
1. Melt the cocoa butter and cocoa mass in a double boiler until liquid, stirring constantly.
2. Add nut butter and stir well.
3. Finely grind the coconut blossom sugar in a blender and stir it into the cocoa mass.
4. Pour the finished mixture into a chocolate mold or onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5. Top with chocolate as desired.
6. Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
